Netting

We are pleased to be able to provide our customers access to custom-cut netting. All of our netting is 1-inch woven poly. It is also UV resistant so it will not break down in the sun.

This quality material can be used as side-panels or top-covers for your enclosures.

Netting is not recommended for parrot-type birds as they can chew through the meshes. Also, predators can enter your pen if the netting is not safely and properly fastened.

To order netting, contact us by e-mail with your shipping information and desired size and we will get you a complete quote. Normally, netting costs about $0.17/ft², not including shipping and taxes. Each peice is custom cut to the size you specify. Please ensure your measurements are accurate as we cannot be held responsible for peices cut to your specifications which do not fit.

Tips for using netting:

Always try and stretch netting tight when hanging.
Pin around the perimeter of your enclosure before fastening to ensure the correct measurements and eliminate "bubbles".
Netting may need to be tightened over time as it will stretch to the pressure.
To create a safe and secure seam between netting and wall, use strips of 1/4" wood, or lathe with fasteners every 8" to 1 foot. Ensure this seam runs the entire length of the join.
