Q: How long will my incubator order take
to ship?
A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being received. They are shipped from our warehouse in Richmond B.C.
Q: Why do I have to pay 12% tax on my order?
A: Because we are located in British Columbia, all our customers will have to pay our new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). For reasons of bookkeeping, we are forced to charge this to all customers, nationwide.
Q: Do you sell birds from your website?
A: No, bird sales are only done by direct contact with a customer. Please note that not all the birds listed on the site are always available. Please see the for sale section at the Avian Research Page for a list of birds currently for sale.
Q: Why are your incubator prices different than those from the United States?
A: Basically, the price that you pay to order from the U.S. will be almost similar if not more than what our prices are. Most carriers will charge multiple additional fees upon delivery of your incubator or equipment.
Q: I ordered an Brinsea incubator from an American distributor, will you warranty it?
A: The short answer is no, you need to deal with the company you bought it from. This may involve us if Brinsea directs, but the distributor should always be your first point of contact.
